The Forbidden Royal Portrait of Dohwaseo

Author: KOXLO 사극관

Shin Yoon, a prodigy court painter of the Royal Bureau of Painting (Dohwaseo) blessed with eidetic memory, and Seol-ran, a master mineral-pigment artisan, discover the charred draft of the late King's forbidden 'Seventh Royal Portrait' hidden inside a double-backed folding screen. Pursued relentlessly by Royal Guard Commander Kwon Tae-san, they race to restore the reverse-painted lapis lazuli pigment layer that conceals the late King's true succession edict.
