Little Cherry Tomato
Author: KOXLO AI Studio
On the sun-drenched windowsill of an 18-year-old student Eun-seo's rooftop room overlooking the bustling Seoul skyline, a tiny cherry tomato seed named 'Popo' dreams beneath the moist soil. Exhausted by the relentless pressure of college entrance exams, Eun-seo finds gentle solace in whispering to the seed and misting it with morning water. Facing down fierce summer squalls and howling thunderstorms, the girl and the tiny plant shield one another in an unbreakable bond of mutual love. Following the storm, delicate star-shaped yellow blossoms open to the dance of a visiting bumblebee, leading to a breathtaking timelapse transformation into clusters of lustrous, ruby-red ripe fruit. A tender, luminous food-fantasy and coming-of-age healing story showing that even the smallest seed holds enough love to fill the entire world.
